Kathy Levinson and her Involvement in the Jewish Community

  • About Kathy

Possessing more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Kathy Levinson currently serves as managing director of Golden Seeds. She applies her skills as an organizational strategist on behalf of the angel investing group, which focuses on companies created by women or that feature women in executive roles. Moreover, Kathy Levinson supplements these duties by sitting on the Advisory Council for Illuminate Ventures, performing as a strategic ambassador for Positively Confidential, and acting as a consultant for The C Coach.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Kathy Levinson supports several Jewish organizations. A board member of the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco, she also belongs to the Albert L. Schultz Jewish Community Center and to the Advisory Board of Kehillah Jewish High School. Active in Jewish education, she formerly acted as president of the board of the Gideon Hausner Jewish Day School and created its 7th Avodah L’Olam program. Meaning “Work of the World,” this initiative inspires youths in middle school to participate in humanitarian programs and assist non-profit groups. Additionally, Kathy Levinson graduated from the Wexner Heritage Foundation, a development program for Jewish leaders in North America and Israel.
